Columbia River near the dam back in the 90s. A family friend was an underwater diver for the state doing repair work. Very low visibility and deep water along the dam face. He was working down there and something moved. The way he described it was 'I reached out and rested my hand on the wall. Then the whole wall moved, and swam away'.
